Thanks for playing Dashy! These terms keep things fair and simple.

THE GAME

Dashy is licensed to you, not sold, for personal, non-commercial fun under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its artwork, music, and characters — they belong to Tiny App Studio.

COINS

Coins are a virtual currency that exists only inside Dashy. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to other people or apps. Coin purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple's App Store policies. Coins and unlocked content live in your device's local save — deleting the app deletes them, and we can't restore consumed purchases.

FAIR PLAY

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the game (including prices of in-game items) as it evolves.

NO WARRANTY

Dashy is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free and fun, but we can't promise it will always be available or perfect, and we are not liable for lost saves or virtual items to the maximum extent the law allows.
